This doily is a beautiful and refined eyelet circle (approximately 8" in diameter). It gives a full gathered fan appearance with scalloped edges and a small satin bow in the center. The circlet lays comfortably over the crown of the head gently modling itself to the shape of the head. It works well with hair in any style (up or down). It must be attached to hair with bobby pins, comb, or hair clips and does not cover the entire head. It is handy to keep at your bedside. One size fits all.

This dainty, satiny circle is a reproduction of an early American tradition down as the Pinner Cap. It was called this because hat pins were used to fasten it to the hair on the top of the head. The Pinner Cap is approximately 8" in diameter. It is edged with fully gathered lace and has a dressy appearance with its satiny center circle. This can be used at nighttime or as an under covering to which a longer flowing drape of lace or tulle is pinned. It works well with hair in any style (up or down). Adorable on young girls. One size fits all. See color selections for Lace. NO PATTERN AVAILABLE FOR Style 12
A lovely design that is much more than ordinary for day or nighttime wear. This smaller size is ideal for young girls and appeals to mothers of infants who want a more carefree type of veil. Your little ones will not be tempted to grasp a hold of this one and pull it off. It also fits efficiently in a purse or pocket for a backup. Tuck one in your glove compartment too!
